PARTY #2 (DYLAN DOUGLAS BUTLER) WAS DRIVING HIS 2024 FORD MUSTANG WESTBOUND ON SR-12, EAST OF BRAUNS WAY, AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, APPROACHING THE GMC SIERRA. PASSENGER #1 (FAITH IRENE ROBINSON ROMERO) WAS SEATED IN THE RIGHT FRONT SEAT OF THE FORD MUSTANG. FOR A YET TO BE DETERMINED REASON, PARTY #1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A RIGHT HAND CURVE IN THE ROADWAY, AND HE ALLOWED THE GMC SIERRA TO CROSS OVER THE DOUBLE SOLID YELLOW LINES, DIRECTLY INTO THE PATH OF THE FORD MUSTANG. PARTY #1 AND PASSENGER #1 SUCCUMBED TO THEIR INJURIES ON SCENE. PARTY #2 WAS TRANSPORTED TO DOCTORS MEDICAL CENTER IN MODESTO.<\/p>\n<p>THIS COLLISION IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION.
