PARTY #2 (WILLIAM LANGDON RENNIE) WAS DRIVING HIS 2016 FORD CMAX SOUTHBOUND ON SR-49, SOUTH OF BIG BAR ROAD, APPROACHING VEHICLE #1. PARTY #1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A RIGHT HAND CURVE, AND ALLOWED HIS VEHICLE TO TRAVEL OVER THE DOUBLE YELLOW LINES, INTO THE SOUTHBOUND LANE, DIRECTLY INTO THE PATH OF VEHICLE #2. PARTY #2 TOOK EVAISIVE ACTION, TURNING VEHICLE #2 TO THE LEFT INTO THE NORTHBOUND LANE, ATTEMPTING TO AVOID A COLLISION WITH VEHICLE #1. THE RIGHT-FRONT OF VEHICLE #1 COLLIDED WITH THE RIGHT-FRONT OF VEHICLE #2. VEHICLE #1 CONTINUED IN A NORTHWESTERLY DIRECTION, TRAVELED ACROSS THE SOUTHBOUND LANE, AND EVENTUALLY OFF OF THE WEST ROADWAY EDGE. VEHICLE #1 THEN COLLIDED WITH A BARBED WIRE FENCE AND CONTINUED DOWN A STEEP EMBANKMENT. VEHICLE #1 THEN OVERTURNED AND THE ROOF IMPACTED A TREE.
