<\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Firefighters will continue to work on the unburned green islands within the burn area, making sure that there won\u2019t be a risk for flare ups causing the fire to reignite. Crews will continue with mop up today and are securing at least a 100-foot buffer around the containment line. Our number one priority is for firefighter and public safety.<\/p>\n FIRE RESTRICTIONS: A soft closure on forest road 4N12 is now in place at the intersection of 4N12 known as Hammill Canyon Loop. The closure is for public safety due to several snags, aircraft in the area and firefighters and equipment working on the ground. The closure will be assessed daily and stay in place until it is safe for the public to go back in.<\/p>\n WEATHER: Seasonably warm weather continues into Tuesday, with more noticeable cooling to near normal temperatures then expected from Wednesday into the remainder of the week.
