Link to Virtual meeting:\u00a0https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/ybpf8nzh<\/a><\/p>\n The Oct. 22 presentation will be held at the Calaveras County Health & Human Services<\/p>\n 509 E St Charles St, San Andreas, CA 95249 beginning at 6 p.m. and expected to last until 8 p.m.<\/p>\n \n MAC 2 is a 246,838-acre planning effort spanning two forests with 120,716 acres managed by the Amador Ranger District of the Eldorado National Forest, and 126,122 acres managed by the Calaveras Ranger District of the Stanislaus National Forest.<\/p>\n Proposed actions will include fuel reduction and forest thinning treatments as well as aspen grove, riparian, stream, and meadow improvements and actions to reduce or mitigate the spread of non-native invasive plants.
