The decision follows a motion to enforce filed by state attorneys general on Friday in light of evidence that the Trump Administration was continuing to block the disbursement of important state funding, including funding under the Inflation Reduction Act and Infrastructure, Investment, and Jobs Act, and for the National Institutes of Health. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/cadoj.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/cadoj.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"224\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-82791\" srcset=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/cadoj.jpg 225w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/cadoj-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/cadoj-30x30.jpg 30w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Trump Administration continued to improperly freeze vital federal funding more than a week after a court ordered it not to, jeopardizing California\u2019s efforts to strengthen domestic energy security and the construction of critical infrastructure projects,\u201d said Attorney General Bonta. \u201cNo Administration is above the law. In every case we\u2019ve filed to date, state attorneys general have successfully restrained the President\u2019s abuse of executive power \u2013 and we will continue to hold him accountable; our democratic institutions depend on it.
