* WHAT…For the Winter Storm Warning Above 4000 feet, heavy snow.
\n Additional snow accumulations of 8 to 12 inches, up to 18 inches
\n over peaks. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. For the Winter Storm
\n Watch, heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 6 to
\n 12 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 55 mph.<\/p>\n
* WHERE…West Slope Northern Sierra Nevada County.<\/p>\n
* WHEN…For the Winter Storm Warning, until 11 PM PDT this evening.
\n For the Winter Storm Watch, from 11 PM PDT tonight through Friday
\n evening.<\/p>\n
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible at times.
\n The hazardous conditions will impact commutes through Friday
