Kennedy Meadows, CA…The Caltrans Long Barn maintenance crew has reached the summit of SR-108 \/ #SonoraPass<\/a><\/span> with their Pass clearing operations.\u00a0 Caltrans D10 will continue snow removal operations over the summit until meeting the Caltrans District 9<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span> Sonora Junction maintenance crew.<\/p>\n

SR-108 \/ Sonora Pass will remain closed to eastbound traffic at Kennedy Meadows Resort & Pack Station<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span> until the road is officially reopened to motorists later this spring.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Our Long Barn Maintenance Crew will continue working 10hr shifts \/ 7 days a week, and Caltrans would like to remind the public that pedestrian access is prohibited beyond closure gates during pass clearing operations.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
