<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Distilled from 100% red wine grapes from the Sierra Foothills, Hinterhaus vapor-infuses botanicals native to the distillery\u2019s Sierra Nevada region into every batch of its flagship South Grove Gin. The latest gin release, Chasing Starlight, takes Hinterhaus gin to new depths that pay homage to the gin\u2019s origins, explains co-founder Bonnie Boglioli-Randall.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe wanted to bring our gin full circle,\u201d says Boglioli-Randall. \u201cBeginning its life as recycled red wine from the Sierra foothills, we chose to barrel-age it in local red wine casks to underscore the connection to our local wine region in northern California.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Currently, Chasing Starlight is available for purchase at the distillery\u2019s bottle shop, on the Hinterhaus<br \/>\nDistilling website for shipping within California, and at a selection of retailers of fine spirits in California.
