He wouldn&#8217;t say that without Putin&#8217;s approval.  That should send chills down everyone&#8217;s spines as Iran is probably the only county who would actually use them.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">2. The enrichment of nuclear material \u2014 and, now we can say it outright, the future production of nuclear weapons \u2014 will continue.<br \/>3.
