Murphys, CA…The Rocky Hill Homeowners Association has requested complete road closures on Friday, October 31, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM to accommodate pedestrians in the area for Halloween Trick or Treat. The following roads will be closed: Rocky Hill Road, Stella Drive and Oro Street at Rocky Hill Road.Alternate routes for thru traffic include: Surrey to Algiers, or Surrey to Bret Harte Drive.Please observe all traffic control signs and the instructions of onsite personnel.
