Aged between 4 and 8 years, these 27 batches of bourbon feature 16 unique mashbills and 15 varietals of wine-finishing ca before twirling together in an 11 year French Oak California port barrel from the distillery\u2019s county. Only 96 bottles were produced to mark the distillery\u2019s special occasion. Each bottle features a decidedly out-of-this-world label and is packaged in a matching custom box.<\/p>\n

\nFounded in 2020 by husband and wife team Nate and Bonnie Randall, Hinterhaus Distilling\u2019s
