If you&#8217;re buying a home in Calaveras County, you may qualify. Eligibility is based on household size and income.<\/p>\n<p>The HAM program provides owner-occupied households with the installation of ramps, handrails, grab bars, vertical lifts, and other modifications to make homes accessible for those with disabilities.<\/p>\n<p>This is a continuous funding opportunity until funds are depleted. Applications will be accepted and evaluated on a first come first served basis.
