ELIGIBILITY: Blood donors must be at least 16 years old and there is no upper age limit. Donors must weigh a minimum of 110 pounds, be in good health and bring a photo I.D. 16-year-olds must have a signed Vitalant parent consent form available online at vitalant.org.
