Murphys, CA…Randal J. Vierra January 13, 1949 ~ April 27, 2026 (age 77).\u00a0 Randal J. Vierra Died April 27, 2026 in San Andreas, CA.\u00a0 Born on January 13, 1949 in Sonora. Randy spent the majority of his life in Calaveras County. He Attended Bret Harte High School.\u00a0 He attended Sacramento State and San Jose State. After various employment positions in San Francisco, he returned to Murphys and was employed by Staples in Sonora and Jackson for 28 years. He retired in September of 2025.<\/p>\n

He is survived by his Husband Jerry Baumgartner and his Brother Brad Vierra and his wife Amy and nephews Andrew and Philip. He was predeceased by his parents John and Matilda Vierra.<\/p>\n
