Following the investigation, Galusha was arrested without incident on May 23, 2026, at his residence in Murphys, California. He was subsequently booked into the Calaveras County Jail.<\/p>\n<p>Galusha was arrested on suspicion of rape and lewd acts with a child under the age of 14.
