The traditional route can cost you thousands or tens of thousands of dollars.  Going forward that can still be an option for you but lets get you going on your project now.<\/p>\n<p>If you go the batch processing composting toilet route you can have 80 to 90% of the functionality with only 10% or less of the costs.  <\/p>\n<p>Think of each composting bin as an above ground waste treatment facility.  The same chemical process that happens in a septic tank or commercial waste treatment facility is taking place in each composting bin.<\/p>\n<p>The only real difference is that instead of using water as a transport mechanism is that you have to spend a minute or two changing the bin when they are full.<\/p>\n<p>A brief chore can save you thousands and get you on the path to your goals starting today.<\/p>\n<p>Next week we will start taking but the more fun topics of building a small Hand Hewn life but for this week we had the get the unpleasantness out of the way.
