They originally said it would be 8:15pm.  Then they moved it to 10:15pm.  Now they have backed it all the way up to 2:15am.) PG&#038;E is reporting Customers affected 6,995 Customers affected in their outage in the Greater Arnold area.  This number has increased, not decreased, this large outage originally started at 5,300.
