Appointments May Be Needed!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>San Andreas, CA&#8230;The deadline to submit a registration form in compliance with Chapter 17.95 of the Calaveras County Code regulating medical cannabis cultivation and commerce is 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 30, 2016. Applications will not be accepted after that time.  Applications missing any mandatory submittal documentation will not be accepted.  Registration forms and mandatory submittal requirements can be obtained in the Planning Department or downloaded off of the County website.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/planning.calaverasgov.us\/MedicalCannabis.aspx\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Cannabis_sativa_Koehler_drawing.jpg\" alt=\"Cannabis_sativa_Koehler_drawing\" width=\"401\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-20441\" srcset=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Cannabis_sativa_Koehler_drawing.jpg 401w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Cannabis_sativa_Koehler_drawing-251x300.jpg 251w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 401px) 100vw, 401px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Anyone wishing to submit 5 or more applications at a time must contact the Planning Department in advance to arrange an appointment. Requests for same day appointments cannot be accommodated, so it is important that you plan in advance. Due to the length of time necessary to review registration applications, no person\u2014even with an appointment\u2014may submit more than 10 applications on any one day. Anyone intending to submit more than 10 applications will need to make multiple appointments.<\/p>\n<p>Appointment hours are Tuesday \u2013 Thursday, 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. For additional information or to schedule an appointment, call the Planning Department at 209-754-6394 during normal business hours.
