You might recognize the <strong>McMurtry\u00a0<\/strong>name as belonging to the award-winning novelist and writer Larry, of Lonsesome Dove and Brokeback Mountain fame. Well, this isn&#8217;t Larry, it&#8217;s <strong>James<\/strong>. And while James never wanted to be a writer &#8211; \u201cI wanted to be Johnny Cash from the minute I heard his voice\u201d &#8211; he is every bit as <strong>talented <\/strong>a musician as his father is a talented writer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advance tickets<\/strong> are only $25 and can be purchased right here online. Concertgoers will be admitted starting at 7:00pm &#8211; please carpool! &#8211; the show starts at about 8:00pm. \u00a0Admission is $10 for children under 12. All proceeds from children&#8217;s ticket sales will be donated to support music education in Calaveras County.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets will be $30 at the door. Please order now!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dinner<\/strong> will be available for purchase: our famous <strong>smoked Pirate Ribs<\/strong> (the\u00a0<strong>vegetarian<\/strong>option is a stuffed portabello mushroom), a pesto pasta\u00a0salad, and a slice of watermelon.<\/p>\n<p>The dinner, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.twistedoak.com\/wine\"><strong>Delicious Twisted Oak Wines<\/strong><\/a>, popcorn &amp; soft drinks will be available for purchase. Please do not bring other alcoholic beverages. Our license does not permit it.<\/p>\n<p>Seating is &#8220;festival style&#8221;, first come first served &#8211; but all seats are good!
