San Andreas, CA…Willow Fire Incident Information as of August 28, 2016 6:30 pm. The fire was appearantley started by a vehicle and was reported at. 1:07 pm. It is off Willow Creek Rd & Mountain Ranch Rd, east of San Andreas. Acres Burned – Containment: 450 acres – 15% contained Evacuations:\tA mandatory evacuation order has been issued for the Willow Valley Subdivision. The evacuation warning has been lifted for Old Gulch Road from Calaveritas Road to Rocky Road. Residents only are allowed back into the area.<\/p>\n
