San Andreas, CA 95249  2014-055 TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP for Suzanna Peek Segel  The applicant is requesting approval of tentative parcel map to divide 82\u00b1 acres into two parcels. Parcel 1 will be 20\u00b1 acres and Parcel 2 will be 62\u00b1 acres. The subject property is located at 2880 Peek Road, Valley Springs, CA 95252, APN: 073-042-039 is located in Sections 26 and 27, T04N, R10E, MDM. The property has a General Plan land use designation of Future Single Family Residential, Five Acre and is zoned A1 (General Agriculture). Proposed Parcel would consist of an existing 1,300\u00b1 square foot house with an on-site septic and public water; proposed parcel 2 would consist of an existing 2,100\u00b1 square foot house with a detached garage and a well and septic system. Access to proposed parcel 1  will be off of Dennis Court and access to proposed parcel 2 is off of Peek Road. The public hearing will be held in the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Government Center, 891 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas, California.<\/p>\n<p>Pursuant to Government Code 65009, if anyone challenges the above listed issues in a court of law, the challenge may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raise at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Commission, at or prior to, the public hearing. You are welcome to review the application at the Calaveras County Planning Department during normal working hours, 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m., Monday through Friday except county holidays.
