(Sonora, CA) <\/span>\u2013<\/span> <\/span>Sonora Regional Medical Center <\/span>is pleased to welcome <\/span>Timothy Nardine, MD<\/span>, a physician specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology who<\/span> has joined Sierra OB\/GYN and is accepting <\/span>new <\/span>patients. <\/span>Dr. Nardine\u2019s goal is to build relationships with patients based on evidence-based, compassionate care with a focus on prevention, practical advice, and optimal medical and surgical outcomes.<\/span><\/p>\n

With <\/span>both a medical degree and m<\/span>aster<\/span>\u2019s degree in public h<\/span>ealth<\/span> from the University of Wisconsin-Madison<\/span>, Dr. Nardine is focused on preventative health and engaging with his patients to form long-term relationships. \u201cWomen\u2019s health is a great way to have a positive impact on the community,\u201d says Dr. Nardine. \u201cPregnancy is a time when patients are especially attuned to their health and open to advice for healthy lifestyles.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to obstetrics, Dr. Nardine is also experienced <\/span>with medical therapies and minimally-invasive surgical procedures used to<\/span> <\/span>address issues that can affect quality of life such as incontinence and symptoms of menopause.<\/span> \u201cI want my patients to fe<\/span>el comfortable talking about their<\/span> <\/span>health<\/span> concerns,\u201d he says. \u201cSome conditions, like <\/span>prolapse <\/span>and <\/span>urinary leakage, are really common and there are treatments that can help.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Nar<\/span>dine is originally from Milwauke<\/span>e, Wisconsin, graduated from Stanford University and completed medical school at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He completed residency training in OB\/GYN at University of Toledo Medical Center. <\/span>Dr. N<\/span>ardine has moved to Sonora with his <\/span>family<\/span>. They look forward to finding space to garden, grow fruit trees and explore the outdoors. <\/span>Dr. Nardine <\/span>also <\/span>maintains his health and fitness as an avid road cyclist. <\/span><\/p>\n
