Candace Keesey of the Friends of the Calaveras Sheriff\u2019s Office\u00a0will be presented the Annual CCTA award for Excellence In Public Service.  Keynote Speaker is Congressman Tom McClintock addressing issues of local concern including the Fed draining of New Melones Lake.
