\nSUMMARY: Contacted subject who was going onto peoples property and into their garages. He told me his
\ndog had to be put down yesterday and he believes the dog was poisoned. Dog got out last week for about an
\nhour before he was found. Subject stated he had a PHD in chemistry and he examined the dog. He concluded
\nthe dog died from proylene glycol poisoning (anti-freeze). I advised him not to go onto people’s yards and
\ngarages. He told me he has to go to each home to complete his investigation. I advised him to go to animal
\ncontrol and find out what can be done.

\naccurate. Additionally, had documentation proving used business bank account to make just under $1000 in
\nonline purchases. also fraudulently altered AT&T cellular service plan in order to get himself additional
\nservices, a new phone, and a tablet. did not want to file charges against his son. was advised that a
\nprotection order of some sort would be a good idea. The RP and her boyfriend were instructed to stay away
