<\/a><\/p>\nOwned and operated by Jeff Rasmussen and Tammy Dillashaw, the brokerage will provide residential real estate services to the areas of Murphys, Arnold, San Andreas, Copperopolis, Vallecito, Douglas Flat, Avery, Valley Springs, Hathaway Pines and the remainder of Calaveras County. The company will also provide services in land sales, ranch properties, commercial units, and investment properties.<\/p>\n
Colleagues for several years, Rasmussen and Dillashaw began discussing a partnership and found NextHome to be the solution. \u201cWe knew that if we put our efforts together, we could accomplish much more than we were already doing,\u201d said Rasmussen. \u201cAnd with Tammy getting her broker\u2019s license, we took the partnership and focused on creating our own brokerage.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cNextHome was a natural fit for what we needed at our new company,\u201d said Dillashaw. \u201cWe originally thought to open an independent boutique brokerage, but after talking with NextHome, we saw that joining the franchise had so many advantages that would allow us the freedom to continue building local relationships.\u201d<\/p>\n
