\noff, several of the males grabbed her boyfriend and shoved him into the bar top. put the RP’s boyfriend in a
\nrear-naked choke, but was not able to make him pass out. The RP and her boyfriend do not desire
\nprosecution, but wanted the incident documented in case any more problems arise with the resps. The

\nattempted to visit the child while she was in class. The RP showed me a minute order with visitation times for
\nthe resp. There was nothing in the minute order keeping the resp. from going to the school or a no contact
\norder outside of visitation times.
\nI attempted to contact the resp. but there was no answer on his cell phone. I left a message advising the resp.
\nto not bother the child while she was in school, and to stick to his current orders. If there was a problem with
\nthe orders, I advised the resp. and the RP to return to court and have the orders changed. Their next court
\ndate was scheduled

\non the screen. RP hung up the phone, turned off her computer and cancelled her credit card. RP will contact
\nthe three credit monitoring services and put a fraud alert. RP will contact the SO if any other accounts are
\nopened in her name or if any fraudulent charges appear. RP was unable to provide the phone number of the

\nI drove to the house and spoke with the rp. She showed me the area she was talking about. The bushes where
\nshe suspects someone is sleeping have been cut. The ground cover in the area is trampled down like someone
\nhad been laying there. There did not appear to be anything that could be done with the bed other than the
\nbushes and ground cover being removed from the area. The area does not appear to be on her property that
\nshe is renting.
\nI advised her to call if she sees anyone hanging around the area.
