\nrpts that his neighbor is yelling and someone is hitting the wall. Rp states he has lived there two years and this

\nsummary: We could hear a male subject inside the apartment yelling and hitting the walls. We contact the sole
\noccupant of the apartment. He was intoxicated and sick. He did not require any assistance, and he said he

\nface to defend herself. There were no injuries. Today, the two were arguing again and it turned physical.

\nThe RP said during the labor day weekend, a private meeting was held involving a private company. A share
\nholder attended the meeting and insisted on recording the meeting against the wishes of all the other members.
\nThe RP believed this to be a violation of Penal Code 632(a). I read the section and it did appear that the resp.
\nwas in violation. I advised the RP to make sure to notify all involved parties of the rule to not record any of
\nthe private meetings. This would assure anyone breaking this rule, would violate the section and law
\nenforcement action could be taken.

\nsuspects location was, which was another 500 to 600 yards up another ridge. I attempted to look for the
\nsuspects with my binoculars but i could no locate them. The RP stated since i have arrived, they are no longer
