\nSummary: RP stated wanted a prescription medication refilled. RP told the resp the Dr. will take up to 72 hrs to
\nrefill that particular medication. Resp became upset and said there would “Be a line of dead bodies on the way
\nto the clinic” and he would end up in jail if the medication was not refilled today. Resp did not make any
\nthreats to staff at the clinic. I called the resp and spoke with him regarding the incident. Resp stated he
\nmentioned he would be “dead,” in a figurative sense, if he did not get his medication today. Resp is in a lot of
\npain and will have withdrawal symptoms if he does not take his medication. Resp had already called and
\napologized for his level of anger. Resp said he will not cause any more problems with staff, as they have been
