\nhowever, the RP explained she could not pay him for the repair that was going to be needed. so the repair man
\nleft. The RP left her residence and arrived home at approx. 2100 hours and noticed a piece of phone cord laying
\nher drive way. She believed her ex-roommate came to her house and cut her phone line. I asked her if she
