\nhim to make him stop. I contacted on the phone and told him he needed to stop contacting the rp or he could

\nthe bacground saying that the rp is a stalker and tried to get in his girlfriends car. \/\/ 1242hrs 2nd Rp called in
\nstating that first rp has been stalking his girlfriend for three years. 1st rp left on foot heading towards the
\napartments, lsw baseball hat, dark shirt, shorts. 2nd rp standing by in a gold Tahoe.
\nSummary: 2nd rp stated that 1st rp was yelling and cursing at his girlfirend while she was getting gas at the
\nKwikServe. 1st rp went to the corner aross the street. 2nd rp approached him and yelled at him to stop talking
\nto his girlfriend. Girlfriend pulled up and pulled out her phone to video the incident and 1st rp grabbed the
\ndoor and opened it. 2nd Rp swung his open hand and pushed 1st rp away from the vehicle, his hand made
\ncontact with 1st rp’s chin and side of his neck. 1st rp then left the area and went home. I spoke with 2nd rp
\nand then went to 1st rp’s residence to obtain his statement. 1st rp was inside his residence, but hghly
\nintoxicated, his speech was slurred and he stated he was pushed on his face. I asked about the rest of the
\nincident and he could not tell me any details, he ranted about going to church with 1st rp girlfriend and how
\nthey used to date. He said he only wanted me to go and view the video that the girlfriend took and nothing
\nelse. I went back and spoke with 1st rp’s girlfriend who stated she tried to video the incident but her phone
\ndid not store it. 2nd rp were advised to stay away from each other and 1st rp’s girlfriend was advised to get a
\nTRO if she felt she needed one. Later in the day, 1st rp called and asked about pressing charges. He then
\nranted about his deceased father, america, his father’s war experience, a bloody flag and other random topics. I

\ndepartment who advised it would dissipate in the water, but rp requesting contact.
\nSummary: I contacted the Rp who stated that when she came home earlier today. See recognized from the
\nneighborhood, pouring gasoline from a gas can into a burgundy pick up truck in front of her house near her
\nmailbox. The Rp drove out to get her mail due to the heavy rain and when she got to retrieve her mail she saw
\ngasoline on the ground and watched as the rain washed the gasoline down the street and off the embankment.
\nThe Rp called the fire department but they said they could not do anything. The Rp just wanted it
