\nSummary: RP handed me two feet of phone wiring which she thought was cut from the side of her house.
\nUpon further inspection, it appeared a rodent had chewed several holes in the wiring and was responsible for
\nthe damage. I also noticed the wire in question was not even hooked up to her phone box anymore. RP
\nrecently had issues with the phone company installing new lines and was also concerned former tenants
\n594’ed her phone line. RP will contact the phone company to have the lines inspected and wrapped to keep

\nThe RP admitted the Resp. has children that also go to the school and get picked up at the same time. I told
\nthe RP the incident would be documented, but no report would be taken, as there is no way to prove intent or
\na violation if the Resp. children also need to be picked up.
\nI contacted the D.A. who stated they would not file on a violation of this nature. The DA said they would
