\nbooth several times throughout the day and wasn’t sure if the wallet was in the purse or out by itself. The

\nthem. Rp did not see anyone take the wallet and has no idea anyone who would. There is no suspect info. The

\nstreet came over and jumped onto one of the trees and is now harassing all of the road workers, call was

\nSummary: RP was hired to cut down dead pine trees by the homeowner. Yesterday, the RP accidentally
\nstacked several logs on the resp’s property next to the road. Resp approached the RP and complained about
\nthe logs. RP agreed to move them tomorrow, the resp was satisfied and went home.
\nToday, the RP had moved all but one of the logs away. Resp ran and sat on the remaining log, rolled off onto
\nthe ground and yelled that his back hurt. RP left the log and went back to cutting down other trees. RP told
\nme he could move the last log, which was partially blocking the roadway, without going onto the resp’s
\nproperty. I gave the RP permission to move the log and he did.
\nI contacted the resp and told him the situation. Resp became irrate that I allowed someone to access his
\nproperty and take “his log.” I explained the RP was able to move the log, which did not belong to the resp,
\nwithout going onto his property. The resp told me he owned the road and would sue the SO for allowing a
\nviolation of his constitutional rights to property. I gave the resp my name\/badge number at his request and
