Festive Pretzel Salad, a celebration of red, white and blue, is also perfect as a dish for Thanksgiving too.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nChase began life with serious food aversions, typical of people diagnosed with autism. However, his love of cooking shows helped turn his life around and food is now his biggest passion \u2013 be it eating it, cooking it or writing about it. His cooking show www.chasenyurface.com has seen world famous chefs such as Roy Choi and Mario Batali cook alongside him.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nRealizing how lucky he has been to have the opportunity to turn his life around and be able to follow his dreams, Chase decided to set up a charity to help other people with autism. His cookbook was created to raise money for his new venture \u2013 www.chaseyurdreams.org<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nThe cookbook is perfect for anyone as it shows you how to make tasty, wholesome food very quickly and easily.
