\nRocky Overturf is wanted by the Escalon Police Department for homicide.
\nIn the early morning hours of 11\/20\/16, Rocky Overturf, 26 years old from Escalon, got involved in a verbal
\naltercation with the 36 year old victim at the Valley Inn (1744 Main Street) in Escalon. Overturf subsequently
\nleft the bar in a dark colored vehicle. The victim exited the rear of the bar. Overturf drove to the rear of Valley
\nInn and again confronted the victim. Overturf hit the victim, causing him to fall and strike his head on the
\nground. The victim died as a result of his injuries.
