This year we\u2019re spreading it out over four months with two classes a month on a Friday and a Saturday. The goal is to make it easier for anyone working to only take one day off a month instead of four or five days. (There are three classes in February to fit in a Food Safety class with a microbiologist from UC Davis.)<\/p>\n<p>Want to learn more?
