\nbig enough for a chair to fit in. I assisted the rp in getting the door to lock and told her to call if they find

\nresidence. her boyfriend came out of the house, cussed and threatened the rp ifo the children.

\nSUMMARY: Civil issue. RP stated he was cussed out and threatened when he dropped off the children. RP
\ngot a restraining order because the resp. is violent around them, cusses, and has gotten into RP’s face. I spoke
\nto Resp. who admitted to the violation but he is upset because the RP is not sticking to the custody order and
\ndrpping the kids off at a neutral location. Resp. thinks the RP is coming to his home and antagonizing him. I

\nas missing and exploited children and that is the organization that will be paying for flights to CA and back to

\nonto his property. I called RSP and explained to her that RP does not want her on the property. RSP said she
\nwould park in the street and allow their daughter to go to RP’s house to retrieve her birthday items. I explained
\nto RSP that RP does not have to allow her to take the items, but that would be a civil matter. I called RP and
\ntold him that RSP would let their daughter go to the house, and RSP would stay in her car. I told RP that RSP
\nwant their daughter to get the items from the house, and I told RP that he was not obligated to allow her to do
\nso and that it would be a civil issue. RP said he would call us back if RSP comes onto his property. No further
