\nis trying to set him up and rob him. RP could not stay on track or focus on one conversation. RP said he has

\nOccurred on Tuolumne Rd, Sonora. Transients doing heroin in an abandoned trailer on the property. The rp
\nwent into the trailer and broke out all the windows and ran everyone off. He is requesting a deputy respond.
\nSummary: RP and his mother, the owner of the property, have been dealing with several transients living in a
\ntrailer on the property. The RP’s son, , also lives in the house on the property. uses heroin and invites all his
\nhomeless friends over to stay in the trailer. The RP wanted advice on how to keep people off his property. I
\nexplained the eviction process to the RP and the property owner. I also explained RO’s, and advised them to
\ncall the SO if the transients were causing problems on the property. I also explained because lives there, he is
\nallowed to invite guests to the property.
\nIn order to keep transients from staying in the trailer, the RP smashed all the windows out. The trailer is unsafe
\nfor people and should be “condemned” per the RP. I checked the trailer and did not locate anyone there. The
