Roberts Bridge project in anticipation of increased holiday travel.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/ct_logo_trans.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/ct_logo_trans.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-25236\" srcset=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/ct_logo_trans.png 200w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/ct_logo_trans-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/ct_logo_trans-30x30.png 30w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The bridge is typically closed Sunday night through Thursday night, 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. It is under one-way traffic control the remainder of the time. Here is the construction schedule for the upcoming New Year\u2019s Weekend:<\/p>\n<p>The bridge will remain open, with one-way traffic control, from Friday night (December 30) through Sunday night (January 1);<\/p>\n<p>The bridge resumes its closure schedule Monday night (January 2), and it will close nightly next week through Thursday night.<\/p>\n<p>The bridge will remain under one-way traffic control into November 2017, as part of the $20.8 million SR-120\/Roberts Bridge Project. Workers are replacing the bridge deck, and retrofitting the structure for an additional 40 years of service. Motorists should expect 15 minute delays during one-way traffic control.<\/p>\n<p>This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment and\/ or materials and construction related issues.
