\ntalking with friends. Rp was inside the house for around ten minutes. Rp said he left his car unlocked with his
\ncell phone Velcro to the dash board of his car. Rp went outside to leave and his passenger side door was wide
\nopen to his car. Rp discovered the auxiliary cord to his CD player was on the floor board and his cell phone
\nwas gone. Rp did not see anyone steal the phone nor his ex girl friend. Rp said were all outside when he was
\ninside but nobody saw anyone go in the Rp’s car and take his phone. Rp said nothing else from the vehicle
