Intense rain, saturated soils<br \/>\nand melting snow will combine to produce excess runoff and cause the<br \/>\nmost areas river to flood. Rain and snow levels will decrease on<br \/>\nMonday, however flooding will continue into Tuesday across the lower<br \/>\nreaches of the Truckee and .<\/p>\n<p>PRECAUTIONARY\/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Flood preparations should be completed by Saturday morning, before<br \/>\nweather conditions deteriorate.
