This \u201csurprise grant\u201d is part of their Seniors Aging in Place Initiative.  The funding was due to a generous donation from the Federlein Family Fund of the San Francisco Community Foundation and is to help support our county\u2019s seniors.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ccfoundation.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ccfoundation.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"609\" height=\"292\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13937\" srcset=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ccfoundation.jpg 609w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ccfoundation-300x144.jpg 300w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ccfoundation-570x273.jpg 570w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 609px) 100vw, 609px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>St. Patrick\u2019s Helping Hands is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. In 2016, they serviced 1,329 households of which 480 were seniors and 3,084 individuals of which 936 were seniors.
