San Andreas,CA…Marshall A. Moffitt peacefully passed away in his home at the age of 90 years. Survived by his wife Anna Moffitt, daughters- Kathryn Laub, Virginia Boyert, son- Micheal Moffitt predeceased and six grand children and eight great grand children. <\/p>\n

Marshall was born in Stockton and graduated from Stockton High School in three and a half years at the age of seventeen to join the Navy. He served on the USS Franklin D. Roosevelt as seaman first class (amm), Combat Aircrew man.<\/p>\n

Marshall was an Active Life Member of The VFW Post #2600 San Andreas and served as Burglar with the Honor Guard. “NEVER MISSED A NOTE.” He was very active in community service: Veteran’s Memorial Board, S.A. Lions Club, Historical Society and Museum Docent. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting, and traveling in his RV. He will truly be missed.<\/p>\n

Internment at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, Santa Nella,California. All services will be held at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
