The meetings are designed to answer questions from cultivators on the program and its enrollment directive letters, and will include both staff presentations and group Q&#038;A sessions to help growers covered under the program understand the requirements. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/RCRC_logo.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/RCRC_logo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"274\" height=\"200\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14811\" srcset=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/RCRC_logo.jpg 274w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/RCRC_logo-124x90.jpg 124w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 274px) 100vw, 274px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Board developed the program to monitor and mitigate discharges of pesticides or other harmful pollutants into headwaters and river systems.  RCRC supported the program when it was developed in 2015 due to the potential adverse impacts cannabis cultivation could pose to water quality and wildlife habitat in RCRC member counties.
