Jackson, CA… past Valentine\u2019s Day, Hospice of Amador & Calaveras announced the 7 lucky winners for their 8th annual \u201cTake a Chance on Love\u201d Valentine\u2019s Day Raffle, which were drawn & announced live on KVGC Radio. Ariane Debien, Hospice\u2019s new Executive Director said, \u201cI am truly overwhelmed to learn of the community\u2019s continued generosity to Hospice of Amador & Calaveras, announcing this year\u2019s event raised over $25k by purchasing 4,976 raffle tickets, with all proceeds benefitting your local hospice, Hospice of Amador & Calaveras. Thank you to our generous donors, contributors, raffle sponsors, volunteers, employees and everyone who purchased a ticket to support our hospice mission.\u201d Debien added, \u201cAnd an extra special thanks to Stanley Lukowicz, The National Hotel, Jackson, for again purchasing $10k in raffle tickets and donating all of them to 10 local well-deserving non-profit agencies. What a beautifully powerful way of paying it forward to our community.\u201d <\/p>\n
