San Andreas, CA…Ride & Walk4Art is a fundraiser for arts in education. The Calaveras Arts Council strives to support art in education and to bring performers and artists to local schools.<\/p>\n

Bike Tour:<\/strong>
\nThe bike tour travels the gentle rolling hills of Calaveras County along Pool Station Road. Rest stops will be stocked with a variety of fruit, snacks and drinks, and bikers will find mechanical assistance at the rest stop. Friendly on-the-road support will be available.<\/p>\n

Walking Tour:<\/strong>
\nWalkers will follow a 1-mile route through Turner Park in San Andreas.<\/p>\n

Lunch:<\/strong>
\nHungry participants will enjoy a catered BBQ Chicken-in-the-Barrel lunch to the tunes of singer\/songwriter Nate Nathan.<\/p>\n

Art Show:<\/strong>
\nAn art show with biking and walking-themed art will feature work by local artists: paintings, jewelry and sculpture will be for sale. Proceeds to benefit Arts In Education Programs in Calaveras County Schools.<\/p>\n

Registration: <\/strong>
\n$25 Bicyclists\/$15 Walkers.<\/p>\n
