Kelaita, a Sonora resident, displayed objective symptoms of alcohol intoxication and was subsequently arrested for driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated. At the time the investigation, Kelait\u2019s blood-alcohol level was determined to be over three times the legal limit and he was unable to walk or stand on his own.<\/p>\n<p>The collision investigation into this matter is still on-going and thankfully nobody was injured as a result of Kelaita\u2019s actions.
