De Lima was traveling westbound on Murphys Grade Road, east of Fairview Park, at an unknown speed.  Lane was traveling eastbound on Murphys Grade Rd at a speed of approximately 30 MPH.  As both parties entered a curved portion of the roadway, Ms. De Lima failed to properly negotiate the curve, traveling into the eastbound lane.  Subsequently Her Audi collided head on with Mr. Lane&#8217;s Dodge.
