During the initial entry two female adults, identified as 53 year old Thoris Lynn Donovan and 35 year old Krisse Sue Fells were located and detained.  A male juvenile, who was positively identified (but will remain unnamed due to his age) fled the residence. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/TCSOLogo1-2014small_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6493\" srcset=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/TCSOLogo1-2014small_thumb.jpg 200w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/TCSOLogo1-2014small_thumb-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/TCSOLogo1-2014small_thumb-30x30.jpg 30w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once secured the residence was searched and several items of evidence related to the possession, use and sales of controlled substances; firearms and suspected stolen property were located and seized.  Additionally TC Code Compliance Officers responded to the residence and initiated an investigation for multiple code violations.  TC Animal Control was also requested to respond and investigate possible violations.  Case is still under investigation and on-going.  <\/p>\n<p>Donovan and Fells were transported to the Tuolumne County jail and both were booked for the following violations;  11366 H&#038;S \u2013 Keep place to sell narcotic or controlled substance, 182(a)(1)PC \u2013Conspiracy to commit crime &#038; 32 PC \u2013Accessory.
