The ruling orders the Registrar of Voters to delete Measure B from the ballot. It was ruled the language of Measure B failed to substantially comply with Election Code section 9124. Ballots containing only Measure B will not be mailed. Votes for or against Measure B will not be counted<br \/>\nThe Special Election for the following Special Districts will proceed:  Saddle Creek Community Services District \u2013 Measure A,  Copperopolis Fire Protection District \u2013 Measure C,  Copper Cove Rocky Road Community Services District \u2013 Measure D.
