Valley Springs, CA…CHP is reporting a tow truck vs the Good Friends Restaurant in Valley Springs. Not sure what set the tow truck off. Maybe the “Tow Trucks On Cables Only” sign or “Wreckers Only, No Flatbeds Allowed”. The truck was reportedly overheard saying “But i’m a “Service Truck”….
